Satisfaction

Finally, I had completed my Sudoku, after days. Heehee, I will only tackle the Sudoku when I lunched in. A lot of people have been playing with it since years but I only started recently, when I happened to see one in my reader's digest copy. So, I just tried it out. ^^

However, the sudoku that I have completed was from the papers, not from the reader's digest.

Japan Trip 2008 - Part 3 / 4th Day

This is Minatomirai Train Station and it was located at the bottom level, inside Queen's Square. The picture of the train station was taken when we were going down the escalator. I found it quite interesting. We were heading towards our next destination, the ramen museum.

Haiz...we were lost on way again!!!! {{o(>.<)O}} We alighted at Shin-Takashima which was one stop earlier. We even went out of the train station and found us, facing a piece of vacant land with construction works been carried on and we didn't see alot of people, even though we spotted an arcade but it was an empty one and a bubble tea stall. (We were quite shocked to see a bubble tea stall in Japan!!!) We shared to get one bubble tea, in order to ask for the correct direction to Ramen Museum. V(^+++^) V

The admission fee is 300yen (approx. S$4.20). The first level was the introduction of the ramen history, followed by the different types of ramen, and souvenirs / products stall.

The basement was very interesting place. We felt like we had travelled back to the Meiji era. The old building structures, the childhood toys and of course, rows of ramen stalls, with different favor. I will highly recommend this place for ramen lovers. The ramen was delicious and tasty. Yum! Yum! ^___^

Words not spoken

Today, there was a new colleague joining us. She was from India and same age as me but she was married!!!!!!! O_O!!! Hope we have a great time working together from now onwards.

During lunch, I saw one of the part-timer, who was helping out in the events for the company above us. He was a nice person, we often greet each other with a nod or a "Hello". I was preparing my lunch at the pantry when he walked in and I saw two cans of drinks been thrown into the bin, beside me. I finally managed to squeeze out " You were drinking two cans of soft drinks at one go". He replied, " yar, the weather is too hot". I wanted so much to reply, " But drinking too many gaseous drinks are bad for health" but the words were just unable to come out of my mouth. @~@ Why can I just say what I really wanted to say???!!!

Japan Trip 2008 - Part 2 / 4th Day

For a start, we went to Landmark Plaza to do some shopping as per stated in my shopping list. Heehee. From the first picture, you will see a Ferry's wheel from far, and that that's where we planned to go when the night comes.

The interior look of Landmark Plaza. Beautiful. \(>o<)/

We headed off to Queen's Square, which was just next to Landmark Plaza.

Japan Trip 2008 - Part 1 / 4th Day

This was the 4th day in Tokyo and we had planned to spend our full day at Yokohama. Before heading off, we had our breakfast at Macdonald.

Muilt-dustbin, interesting I have to say, although not used to it when we emptied our tray. ^^"

Yokohama was at sub urban area of Tokyo so we took about 45mins to one hour to reach Yokohama Train Station, which was the wrong stop, supposed to alight at the next stop, Sakuragicho.

Finally, we reached yokohama. The first thing we did, we went to the Tourist Information Centre, which could be seen once we came out from the Train Station, to gather some maps.

Japan Trip 2008 - 3rd Day

This was the 3rd day at Tokyo and today we had planned to spend one whole day at Odaiba.
Before heading off, we had breakfast at Sukiya, a restaurant that can be seen quite often.

We took the train to reach Shimbashi Station to transfer to another train to reach Odaiba. We spent quite a while searching for Shimbashi Station because it was located at the upper floor. ^^"

Along the way, in the train, we could see the famous Rainbow Bridge. (I had the journey from Shimbashi station to Odaiba recorded as video using my camera). Finally, we reached. And the picture above shown is the Fuji TV Station, our first destination for the start. There is an admission fee to explore the inside of Fuji TV Station. It was quite fun.

After that, we proceeded to the shopping mall beside Fuji TV Station. Min and I bought alot of things here. It was a wonderful place for shopping but of course, things were not cheap. ^^"
Once again, I need to praise the service in Japan was excellent. d(^.^)b It was raining heavily outside and the salegirl had our shopping paper bags wrapped up with plastic to prevent it from getting wet.

Above the picture is a very interesting window display of the Levi's shop.

Around late evening, we proceeded to Venus Fort. This place is beautiful and alot of shops to tempt you to shop. ^^" The ceiling was artificial and it kept changing, according to the time. Min bought a Burberry blue label wallet here. Unfortunately, I didn't get one which made me regret till now. Haiz...
As we were heading back, we decided to end our day after visiting the car exhibition held just next door.

Moving on

Despite it had been a very depressing and tiring last week, life still goes on. The same old saying " Pick yourself up when you fall down". If you don't help yourself, no one can help you.

I guess, I just have to re-organise my thoughts and move on, otherwise I will remain on the same spot, not going anywhere.

Life is all about moving on.

On Ice

For the past five years, I have been living in depression, remorseful and struggling to stay alive, in this world. A few friends told me to stay positive and things will be fine. Every time, when I feel that things have been going smoothly for me, unexpected thing will happen and 100% of it are all negative issues. How many times I have to fall and pick myself up after going through depression, sorrow, frustration and cursing for the past five years.

Happiness seems so distant to me. Even short term of happiness makes me afraid that it was a dream along but it is. All this time, I have been standing on a piece of ice.

A call from hospital came a few days ago. Finally, the ice that I have been walking on, gave way and I have fallen. Again.

I have heard people complaining money not enough for buying clothes, no money for travelling but for me, I have no money to stay alive, no money for lunch, no money to pay for hospital bills. Every thing that I have owned now, I have to save for months or years to get it. The money that I earned is not mine, is for my family, trying to stay alive, to make ends meet every month.

Now, I have to budget my expenses to the extent that I can only have breads for meals every day. Anyway, to eat is just to stay alive, doesn't matter what kind of food is it.

Living is so difficult, especially illness and poverty follow.

Rotten Apple (s)

I just came back from lunch, fuming with anger and disbelief.

Earlier on, at the hawker centre, it was quite crowded despite that it was around one o'clock when I reached there. After ordering my food, I went to search for an empty table or a table to share. Finally, found one round table, with one lady. She was alone as well. I had found a table to share but no chair, so I started looking around to borrow empty chair.

I approached a group of ladies on the left when I saw a table with 3 ladies but 5 chairs.;3 of them were taken, one for putting the ladies' handbag and one was empty. However, when i asked to take that chair away, they said they were waiting for another one person. Normally, I will take it and leave but the empty chair was placed at the angle of the square table. How can one having meal with that arrangement. Well, since words were spoken, I just walked off to try my luck at other tables.

After about 5 minutes, I managed to get one empty chair. As I was just seated, I saw another group of ladies, which was opposite my table, stood up and left. Then I realised, this group of ladies had already finished their meals long ago because the hawker uncle was clearing away only cups and glasses. I always hate people like this, after finishing their meals (+ drinks), they refused to leave. If the hawker centre is empty, I don't care you take one hour or 24 hours, sitting there but during crowded period, when people are searching for seats, with grumbling stomach, these people should be more considerate.

After finishing my lunch, which took about 20 minutes, I stood up and ready to head back office. Then I decided to let my gaze drifted to the table on my left. It was still occupied by the 3 ladies who were talking away and there were 5 chairs; 3 were taken, one was occupied with handbag and one was empty. That empty chair that I asked for at the beginning.

investment

Haiz...my current wallet is about to be gone...T___T I just bought it early last year. I have been changing wallet and bags very often than any other accessories that I own. I like to carry alot of things in my bag...to be prepared for rainy day, I guess...^^" and I like to have alot of cards in my wallet, making it looks fat. :s

Now, come to think of it, maybe I shall get a branded wallet. Well, is expensive but you are paying for the quality. My brother bought a branded wallet years back and he is still using it now, for about 5 years and above!! He said it was a long-term investment when he first bought it and is true.

However, I still have my budget constraint, so I don't want to spend over like $300 plus for a wallet. Hey, that's my monthly expenses budget or even lesser. T______T

So, any recommendations?? (^^)

Today is going to be a tiring day! {{o(>,<)O}}
I have made an appointment with my hairstylist in the evening, days ago but I just received the minutes of meeting from the Client. It was stated that the next meeting is going to be this evening!! O.O!! This meeting is the worst meeting that I have attended so far.

Firstly, it starts at 5.30pm but everyone arrives at 5.45pm to 6pm, with the exceptional of the Owner, arrives at 630pm. (pukes blood) Secondly, the minutes of meeting only consist of one page but the consultants can spent 30 minutes, kept repeating the same topic and points. =.=III
Thirdly, the meeting venue is so hard to flag a cab!!!!! I can not even take a bus as no number heading towards the direction of my home.

Now, I guess I have to post phone my appointment with my hairstylist but I have to get my hair tidy-up before this weekend, need to attend two invitations. (drop dead)
