Nowadays, these business people are setting traps to make the consumers pay more than the required.
Before the contract or transaction is done, everything is okay, no problem. Even tomorrow is the end of the world, is still okay to them and they are very fast to process. However, once transaction is made, paid or contract is signed, suddenly everything is not okay and it takes them years to just reply to even one of your question.
That's not the way how things work but everyone wants quick money nowadays, and no maintenance period. :s
