Day Out

Today, I went out with Min. It had been quite a while since I went out during the weekend. Actually, I don't really like to go out during the weekend. (I prefer to "rot" at home...=P) Frankly speaking, I hate to be squeeze in the crowd, especially Orchard area. People everywhere and some people can be very self-centered about themselves that they didn't bother about others.

Back on track, we had made an appointment with Fancl for a facial session. It was our first time with Fancl and it was great. I enjoyed their service a lot!! d(^_^)b

In addition, Min gave me a lunch treat at this famous Chinese restaurant "Ding Tai Feng" which is ranked by The New York Times as one of the World's Top Ten Best Restaurant. Thumbs up again. The food was delicious and the price was acceptable!!! Min and I had an agreement that whoever has a pay raise up to a certain amount, we have to give each other a treat. So now is waiting for my turn, to treat her back. Hope you don't have to wait so long, Min~~~

Last, we went to "Cotton On" to check out some good bargains as it was having an all sale 50% and we managed to get something out of it.

Updates

Today is Friday, the last working day of this week!!! I can't wait for weekends to arrive!!! This week has been a tiring week as well. I guess, it will be the same for next week, the week after next week...etc...I don't feel like moving on. =.=

Yesterday, Rling brought me to a shop at Borders, where it sells alot of Re-ment. Whoa!! I guess Jo will forbidden me from going there again. Hehe =P

http://www.re-ment.co.jp/ << Those who are not sure what is Re-ment. ^^

Well, today, I arrived late at office but till before 9am. I was late for 30minutes. Sucks!! There was a heavy traffic jam around Orchard area. I don't know if it was due to the heavy rain this morning or the closing of some roads because of the F1 car racing.

Well, I am looking forward to this weekends~~~~lalala~~lalala~~

Addicted

Woah!! It has been quite a while since my last entry. It was a tiring and slaving week for me, rushing to make deadlines, clearing a lot of paper works and running to places and settling my own personal errands. Phew~~~

During that period, I was once again addicted to coffee, the only thing that can motivate me and keep me moving on. A cup of coffee can make my day feel good~~hehehe~~but I still limit myself to one cup per day. Even the uncle who sells coffee near my workplace or the other uncle who sells coffee at my house area, they already recognise me and my usual order. With one look, they know what I want, without a word spoken. (=.=)III

Beside work, I was busied to finish up, watching the Japanese drama, Hana Yori Dango (Boys over Flower << that's a weird name) season one and two within one week. YEAH!!!

Now, continue my battle in Final Fantasy Tactics, with little knowledge on the battle technique and seeking aid from Jo. Thanks Jo. Love you ya!!!

It has been a while

It has been a while since my last visit to Sentosa. I think it was 3-4 years ago!!! No wonder, we were shocked to see the "new" Sentosa last Saturday.

The purpose of this Sentosa trip was to relax and to get a tan (that's what Juan wanted). For me and Hui, we just wanted to rot away~~~hehehe...

It was a fun and relaxing trip. Looking forward for the new developments on my next visit~~~

Mooncake Festival

Mooncake festival is coming, and Rling and I went to Takashimaya this week and last week to check out the different kinds of mooncakes, Rling was looking for mango-pomelo favoured mooncake from Goodwood. I just enjoyed trying out samples of different, new released favours. My favorite is the almond mooncake from Four Season Hotel but it was expensive, eight mini size mooncakes cost around $48 bucks. O_O!!!!

Actually, I don't like to eat mooncake, especially the traditional oven-baked type because the filling is very sweet and I don't like sweet stuffs. However, I was quite excited about it, especially after the sampling session at Takashimaya, all kinds of new favoured and beautiful packaging.

Every year, my office will be giving out one box of mooncake to the employees and this year is not exception BUT, the special part is my lady boss actually asked me for the type of favour I want and she gave me a combination of charcoal-made skin with durian filling. (24K durian)!!! Cool~~~yum yum...
