Voice out session

I have been bothered by this "wrongful" act of employer since when, I couldn't remember. This is so annoying!!!

For my company, which is relatively small (3 staffs only), they do not have a system of banking the employee's salaries into their accounts. So the account people will pass the paycheck to the staffs by end of the month. Supposedly, the pay day is on the 26th of each month, but don't forget, by giving pay cheque, the small staff (which is me) has to make a trip down to any nearby selected bank branch to deposit the cheque and wait atleast 1-2 days for the cheque to clear. It is worse if it spread through the weekends. So indirectly, the pay day is not on the 26th anymore, is the day which your cheque clears and mostly it will be over 26th.

Personally, I believe this is one part of the staff's welfare that employee should be more attentive to it, as there's a saying, "no money, no talk" and the "talk" here, I will refer to money. Everyone works for money. This can be quite depressing sometimes, especially there is a time frame for my bills to be paid.

So PLEASE, next time, employers or those about-to-be, please be more considerate to the staffs' welfares!!!!

Dinner at Manhattan Fish Market

Yesterday, I met up with my Polytechnic friends and we went to the Manhattan Fish Market at Plaza Singapore. We decided to share the followings:

For starter, we had Garlic Butter Mussels with bread.

Then, the main course is this medium lobster patter for the 3 of us. It was really nice, except the lobster was quite small. Recommended for 3 pax but 2 pax if you are very confident of your appetite, on that day.

We were unable to finish all of it, in the end, we left some rice and alot of fries.

Office

Yo!! Longgggg time no updates. Alot of things happened for the past one month >.<

Firstly, my home pc cannot make it le, it is in the "ICU" room, struggling away. My bro said it could be gone anytime. Nonononono!!! I have been using it for more than 3 years le...my baby...@~@ So, I hardly had accessed to internet at home and NO msn at office...sianzz..

Secondly, we had new intents from Polytechnic during last April and I met them up for lunch last week, so we took an office photo.

Thirdly, major changes in the office. I had replaced my old pentinum 4 pc and gotten a new dual core pc. Finally!!! \(>o<)/!!!

Then I bought a very adorable 'Lucky" Care Bear hp holder, to replace my old banana hp holder which I bought 3 years ago...I know...it was very dirty already...muahahahaha

I took a picture of the handover ceremony, where Ren (I named the Care Bear) told over the role from the old retired banana.

See, now he is taking care of my hp, plus one Stitch and one Sasuke, at the office now...so cute rite?? Hahahahaha....
